CONICAL SCREW RIBBON MIXERS / BLENDERS
Shakti's Conical mixer is made based on the principle of rotation and revolution, conveying the material along with the axle by means of rotation. Simultaneously, the material is upward and downward cycled by gyratory stirring along wall surface of cone, with the central revolution. DOUBLE CONE BLENDER
SEW double cone blender has been design with the three main blending variables: A Bowl geometry B Equipment ?lling or loading level C Blending speed Powders with “Free ?ow” features can be blended for a certain number of revolutions (time, RPM) regardless of the chosen speed while the blending of the “Cohesive” type must be blended at high speeds in order to improve the shear cut and blend of the components

PLANETARY MIXER
Planetary mixer is a new high efficiency and no dead-dead mixing equipment, it has a unique, novel mixing form, the kettle has two or 3 of multi-layer pulp-leaf mixer and 1~2 an automatic scraper, agitator in the body axis around the vessel revolution, and at different speeds around its own axis high-speed rotation, so that the material in the kettle for complex movement, The efficiency of a strong shearing and rubbing is usually several times that of an ordinary mixer.

HOMOGENIZATION
Homogenization, process of reducing a substance, such as the fat globules in milk, to extremely small particles and distributing it uniformly throughout a fluid, such as milk. When milk is properly homogenized, the cream will not rise to the top. The process involves forcing the milk through small openings under high pressure, thus breaking up the fat globules. Cream and other food products, such as peanut butter, may also be homogenized to produce a stable emulsion, i.e., one in which fats or oils will not separate from other elements. A similar process is used in the manufacture of some cosmetics and pharmaceutical products.

FLUID BED DRYER - CONTINUOUS
A continuous fluid-bed dryer/cooler is a machine in which a continuous flow of damp, granular material is conveyed over a perforated bed, through which air is blown to bring about fluidization. The material is dried in the first section of the machine and cooled in the second. Drying occurs because of the direct contact between the damp material and the hot air blown through it. The air velocity is adjusted to keep the moving layer of material fluidized. The same mechanism applies to the cooling part of the process, except that the air used is either ambient or conditioned (ie cooled).
VACUUM TRAY DRYER – SVTD
Vacuum Tray Dryer (VTD) is suitable for drying of thermal sensitive materials easily resolved, polymerized or deteriorated under higher temperature. Sterilization can be conducted prior to the drying process, during which no matter is allowed to enter the product. Static vacuum dryer eliminates the configuration damage of the drying materials therefore widely used in pharmaceutical, chemicals and foodstuff etc.
ROTARY CONE VACUUM DRYER - SRCVD

TURBO SHIEVER - STS
The product is conveyed into a cylindrical formed perforated sieve and then it is thrown on the sieve wall with a high speed by means of angular blades which are installed on the rotor. When the product is thrown on the perforated sieve on the flour passes through the holes and it is conveyed to flour chamber and passes through the bunker than directed to discharge and bigger size of foreign material will be conveyed to discharging outlet through the internal chamber. Hose size is selected beforehand. During the screening process, flour passes through the screen and larger sizes of bran are directed to the discharge outlet.
